

BLUE PACKAGE DELIVERY’S preferred shipping provider is the USPS. Here are some general guidelines for preparing your packages to USPS specifications:
All labels must meet USPS barcode specifications for USPS delivery confirmation.
All packages must weigh no more than 70 pounds and be no larger than 130" in combined length and girth.

Oversized Package
An oversized package is one with a combined length and girth measurement of more than 108 inches but no more than 130 inches, weighing less than 70 pounds. -
Non-Machinable Package
Effective 01.22.12: A package that weighs more than 35 pounds or has measurements that exceed any one of the following: 17 inches in height or 17 inches in width or 27 inches in length qualifies as a non-machinable package -
Balloon Package
A balloon package is one weighing less than 20 pounds along with a combined length and girth measurement over 84 inches but no more than 108 inches
No hazardous materials. Hazardous materials are any articles or substances designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety or property during transportation.
